The Waiver Form must be signed by each camper (or by a Parent/Guardian for campers under age 18).

A Permission Slip must be filled out for any camper under the age of 18 who will be attending the camp without a parent or guardian present.

The Camp Information letter is mailed to each registered camper. This letter covers what to bring, what to expect, detailed directions to camp and other helpful information.
